I love the staff in Clareo. I feel they genuinely care about the children and love how they are so welcoming and warm to my son. I like the set up of the room and outdoor area with lots of room to play and explore. I like the structure of how they learn and that a click of a button I can see what the focus of learning is for that week and how they plan to achieve that. Also, importantly, I believe it is a safe place for my child to happily grow and learn.

Being from a family that is diverse, it is very important that I raise my children in as much diversity as possible. Bright Sparks embodies this, it is such a brillient environment for my children to spend their pre-school years in.

Mixed culture that’s helps kids to accomodate social upbringing. Teachers are great. They certainly know their job best. In-house food which is an absolute delight atleast for my kids. And of course the friendly and respectful environment:)

Staff take an interest in my child and his needs, as an individual and as part of a class
Variety of activities that are age appropriate. Love how when kids show an interest in something activities are often aimed towards and around that interest.
Great and yummy food is provided !! (and helps expose my son to food we don’t often have at home)

I love how interactive all the staff at Brightsparks are. It has been a pleasure to enrol both my children at Brightsparks because they provide such excellent service and care for each and every child enrolled there. Both my children love it at Brightsparks and I even though I had an opportunity to change kindys- I declined that offer simply because I was so pleased with the services Brightsparks provided for us 🙂 A++++

I love the school, its teachers and management. They are very considerate, kind and understanding. I feel my child is happy and safe at Bright sparks and is always looking forward to go to school where he learns so much. I feel the children are well looked after and cared for.

I have 2 kids that’s been there. The learning skills and interpersonal being of my kids,…awesome.! Being in primary as well, my daughter is doing very very well, of course all add up to the learning foundation. Though a bit expensive, no regrets!.

Theachers are warm and thoughtful. All staff are friendly. Cook is very nice. I like my child is having proper food not a instant junk food.

Bright Sparks is by far the best daycare ive ever put my kids into. They offer a range of beneficial learning opportunities such as the centre itself offering enough space for the children to play, doing a bunch of different activities (such as bike day, water play, arts and crafts, baking etc), and they have awesome excursions like going to the library and swimming at the waterhole. They also have trips like going for a train ride or going to kelly tarltons to support what they are learning at the centre, and they celebrate all occasions where the children are involved with making special things for loved ones (parents/grandparents).
Cultures are celebrated there too (Māori week, Cook Island week, Samoan week, Diwali to name a few) which shows the centres diversity, and family/whānau are valued and acknowledged through family trees for each child. They provide good healthy snacks and meals (the menu is out for parents to see daily), with lunch box Fridays where the children bring their own lunch. They also provide nappies for babies or kids who wear them, and they have plenty of toilets for the kids who either know how to go toilet or are toilet training (children learning are encouraged and are in a secure comfortable environment). The staff are all lovely, the centre itself feels welcoming, and theres peace of mind knowing the centre is fully fenced. Above all my kids are really happy there which is the most important thing to me. Couldnt ask for a better daycare 🙂

Firstly, my wife and myself were very nervous sending our son to a day care this might be the same with all the parents out there, It all started with looking at lot of places but out of all the centers Bright Sparks seems to be one that my son liked (started playing the first time we went in) and I could see him growing up in the center. Teachers and children are from all sorts of cultural backgrounds which is big thumbs up as we wanted our son to get exposure to all the cultures.
Right from day one Rishi started to feel himself home and thanks to all the teachers who made it possible. Everyone made sure that he was welcomed and the transition from couple of hours to full time took less time that what we initially thought. It’s been 2 months now with Bright spark and I see him growing as an independent individual. He has already learned a lot of things which I believe might have taken a longer time to learn if he was home. I am happy to see him play with other kids and making friends (from an introvert to extrovert in few weeks).
I would like to thank everyone at Bright Sparks for taking care of my son and have no doubt in recommending anyone who is looking for a child care.

my baby and i both loved Bright Sparks. i love the way teachers organized lots of fun activities during the week and love the school transit programs. My child really benefit from it afterwords. They have great & health food as well.

The team at Bright sparks Henderson are amazing!! my daughter was with the Bright sparks family from a baby right up until she turned 5 (August 2017) Such a loving and Nurturing environment and i would recommend the centre to EVERYONE. From the minute i walked into Bright sparks with my wee baby looking for childcare for her i felt welcomed and all my nerves were settled once looking around and speaking with the teachers. My daughter is now 5yrs old and is well settled in school and this was because of the great work and time that all the staff gave her. She still asks to visit her daycare.I will be forever grateful to all the staff who cared for my daughter 🙂

I thoroughly recommend this day care centre. All of my children have been here from 6 months old. My children have felt safe and loved, they have learned and achieved milestones, they have been fed good food, and they have made good friends. The centre is clean and modern, with good play areas, great facilities and loving teachers. Everyday we receive pictures of what the children have been doing. The centre promotes a sense of community.
When I was looking for a centre to send my babies to, I came and visited this centre for several hours, and I felt sure my babies would be well looked after.

My Son thoroughly enjoys it here. He started when he was 2 and now he is 4. I visited 7 Childcare before I found Bright Sparks. As soon entered the door, I know this is for him. They do a lot of activities and visits, Such as Swimming, Cycling, Library Visits etc. Food is also Included, They use their nappies for babies , which I have never heard of other centers. Very friendly and approachable teachers. They keep the kids very busy and active everyday, Cant ask for more. The best Center and will highly recommend.

Both my girls have attended this daycare! Such a lovely family centre dedicated to our kids and their learning. I just can’t teach the amount of things the centre teaches on a daily basis. I have very strong independent young ladies thanks to Bright Sparks Henderson.

My son has been here since he was 6 months old and will be 5 next year. He absolutely loves it here and has made some awesome friends. The teachers are wonderful and always take time to have a chat to you and are always willing to do things differently to help your child settle. I have just enrolled my 2nd child here and had no hesitation in doing so as i trust that she will be well looked after and cared for.

Great service, wonderful teachers, easy to communicate with, free to ask questions. I am happy to have a place where i can leave my children in good care. It took me few months travelling around west Auckland to find a suitable place for my two children. And Brightsparks, Henderson took my attention, big rooms and clean places for the children. I liked the fact that nappies and milk was provided which i did not find at other daycare centre. Keep up the good work guys.

My daughter has been attending this child care centre for over 2 years and she has built so many great relationships and bonds with not only the other children there but the teachers as well.
She is always complimented on how well she can talk for a 3 year old and I put it down to the work we do at home but mostly the teachers at Brightsparks that take the time to really engage with my daughter 1 on 1. She is always learning new things everyday and she is always raving on about all the fun acrivities she does each day at Brightsparks. Her favorite day of the week is Fellowship Friday!
The teachers are friendly and adaptable which makes the experience much easier especially if you are an anxious mum like I am!!
I would recommend this childcare to all parents I come into contact with and my second, third and forth child will not be going to any other daycare facility! Keep up the good work Brightsparks Henderson. A+

My daughter started going to this childcare when she was just 13 months old and she is now 4 years old. Like every new mum finding the right childcare is so important and I remember looking up and visiting various childcare centres in the vicinity. Someone told me to take my lil one with me when going to visit the childcare centres and I did. As soon as we walked into Brightsparks Henderson, I instantly knew I wanted my daughter to go this one. My lil baby who could barley walk immediately went to play with all the kids and interact with the teacher supervising them. Call it a mum’s instinct, a vibe or just the warm feeling i received and friendly conversations i had with the teachers and centre manager. I saw my child grow from a helpless baby to be an independent little toddler and now she’s a confident little girl who already wants to go to school, and this is the reflection of the teachers and centre manager who give their love and attention to each individual child. I’d highly recommend this childcare centre and thank all its teachers who bring up the children in a family oriented environment.

THANKING YOU for doing such a wonderful job. Our daughter Devika joined Clareo team mid May 2017. In short time, Devika adapted and adjusted so well and so quickly as if she has know this place for long. She settled, learned, disciplined very well since she started with new teachers, new friends. All credit goes to the amazing teachers for helping Devika with almost everything a kid requires to settle in a new childcare. Devika feels loved, cared, safe and happy at Bright Sparks. Astron is one step further in her development and we are sure she will equally do well with her Astron Teachers and friends. Although she recently moved to Astron but she misses her fantastic teachers and friends from Clareo. Her day is not completed until she meets her Clareo group. That’s how much she loves coming to Bright Sparks.

I would really urge parents to think twice about sending their children to Bright Sparks. The owner does not care if her management staff are poor and her focus is more on money that the children’s welfare.

Your child went to Orewa not Henderson, so I am disappointed you have chosen to seek revenge-by-negative-review against us. I understand you are unhappy at having to pay your outstanding fees when leaving the Orewa centre (without notice). Even if it was our centre’s staff having to spend time on debt collection, I assure you it would not detract from our primary focus on the children’s welfare, and having to do so would not mean our “management staff are poor.” On the contrary, I think it would show we are onto it in ALL aspects of childcare – excellent teaching and excellent management go hand-in-hand.
